The re-launch of the SearchStar podcast is upon us! And what's changed? Well, to better reflect our place in the Welocalize family, it's had both a name change and a gentle shift in the type of content we'll cover.
The podcast's previous iteration, DANcast, was very much about digital advertising news (DAN, get it?). This meant recordings were intermittent, and often rather long. Instead, WithinDigital - that's the new name, by the way - will cover all facets of digital marketing, offering up actionable insight from true experts of their trade. Think paid advertising and SEO, joined by paid social, conversion, analytics, and everything in between.

So, what does episode 1 look like?
Well, the previously eponymous, Dan Fallon, returns to your ears to talk about the impact Covid-19 is having on advertising, as well as the positives and negatives of advertising through a recession. Though the clear consensus is that it is overwhelmingly negative, there are some positives and new opportunities to be had if you're in the position to take advantage.
